website strategy and brand transformation
New Message For a New Brand
Creating more specific, business outcome language for a customer experience provider undergoing a technological transformation.
The challenge
Following a major business transformation, the company needed to reposition itself from a traditional customer experience outsourcing provider to a technology-enabled customer intelligence partner. This required rethinking not only what we said, but how we communicated value across every industry page.
The approach
Working closely with executive leadership, I helped redefine the messaging strategy for the website by:
Developing industry-specific messaging frameworks
Researching customer pain points and market trends
Interviewing subject matter experts
Writing new website copy
Aligning messaging with the company's evolving brand strategy
Outcome
The previous website focused primarily on services and capabilities. Industry pages described what the company did through generic outsourcing language. The new messaging direction focuses on business challenges, customer outcomes and strategic value. Industry pages explain why those capabilities matter to decision-makers with technology-focused copy built around solving customer problems through AI-assisted tools and processes.

Technology companies have set the bar so high for seamless online experiences that telecoms, and even global media giants, have been forced to rethink their own customer interaction models.
With our advanced post-call analytics platform, we use AI to gain fast, accurate insights into your operations. That way, you can quickly address any consumer pain points and find ideal places to introduce new digital touchpoints that offer your customers unparalleled convenience.
Enhancing Loyalty Through CX
Nearly half of customers have canceled a phone or internet contract in the past year, and 92% did so because a competitor offered a better service experience.
Face it, telecom billing can be complex for the average consumer, and whether they self-serve, or prefer a live agent, the goal should be to provide consistent, reliable support across every channel, with agents who have the knowledge, systems, and processes to solve any issue on first contact.
Adding Digital Convenience
Only 27% of telecom customers say it’s easy and effortless to make a purchase or change online. That means there’s still too much effort required for them to get the help they need.
Using contact center data and direct consumer feedback, we can identify what channels and technologies will lead to more seamless digital interactions, and adapt existing systems, or build integrated tools that deliver improved efficiency, and a more customer-centric experience.

Solving the Crisis of Brand Loyalty
How you engage customers matters. It’s the delivery, not the channel.
Ironically, communications companies aren’t always living up to their name. Reactive service, long waits, slow resolution times create communication barriers that cause customers to feel like a number. Your chance to differentiate is to convince them they’re not.
HOW WE ENGAGE
Brand loyalty depends on customer choice and customer choice must be earned. The brand experience doesn’t start at login and end on sign out. It extends to each interaction. Even a simple billing call or subscription plan inquiry should feel personal, because, to every customer, it is.
Our tech-savvy, nearshore specialists are gamers and avid streamers themselves, with domain expertise and critical communication training. We speak Tik Tok, live on YouTube, and play on the latest platforms. Swimming in the same cultural current as North American audiences, we connect naturally in a way that only consumer-aligned users can.
HOW WE GROW
In a highly competitive, saturated market, the only real topline growth comes from attracting subscribers from other providers. Exclusive offers are not the sole solution and only feeds into loyalty loss, as cost-conscious customers will “provider hop” to obtain new discounts.
Lasting choice comes from something that can’t be easily replicated: teams that intuitively know your customers. More than data collection, we use AI for predictive recommendations, positioning proactive upgrades, and revealing new product line potential through conversation analytics.
